Alan has been working with Trigyan’s founders since December 2020, when it was a Technical PowerPoint and a GLIDE Demo. Alan has boundless enthusiasm and ambitions for Trigyan to be the pre-eminent Knowledge Graph solutions company to a number of Vertical Markets.
Alan has extensive experience of building high performing organizations from scratch. Trigyan is the challenge Alan was looking for, utilizing many of the individual facets of experience he has gained in his career. Alan’s experience is mainly Financial Services, working both sides of ‘the desk’, firstly as a buyer as CIO at Salomon, UBS and in a global role at JPMorgan, before embarking on a career as a provider: initially building his eponymous consulting, based in London but operating internationally (sold to Altran, now part of Cap Gemini); secondly founding and chairing the Board at product company Omiris (backed by Carlyle, Sapient and Energis), sold to Tradeware (now part of SS&C).
Alan, a Scot, has extensive Global experience, having lived and worked in the UK, Europe, Asia and for the last 14 years in the US. Over his career he has built an extensive and long standing personal network and a reputation for assisting his colleagues to personally achieve, thrive and develop whilst ensuring the organization surpasses the organizational growth targets. Alan has an excellent reputation for succeeding and a unique ability to work with Boards and Board level executives.
